FOR MEDICAL SPANISH COURSES
Do I have to purchase the whole course?
You have the option to pay for the registration fee ($45), tuition fee ($150), or total course fees ($195) of one of our Online Medical Spanish Courses.

For which cycle will the student be signed up?
The student will automatically be signed up for the next cycle of classes that we offer. Students are able to transfer to a later cycle if they would like.

Do I need to know the student's Spanish proficiency level?
No, the student will complete a placement interview to determine the appropriate course level.

Who will receive notice of my purchase?
During your purchase, you will be able to choose whether you would like yourself, the student, or both to be notified. You will also receive a receipt of your payment.

What is the refund policy?
Registration fees are non-refundable unless the student does not place into one of the courses for their desired cycle, in which case the student could transfer to a later cycle, or the registration fee could be refunded. The student's placement is determined by a placement interview. Final tuition payments are fully refundable (minus the registration fee) until one month prior to the chosen cycle’s start date.

FOR MEDICAL SPECIALTY WORKSHOPS
Do I have to purchase the whole course?
Yes, you pay for the total course fee. The workshops range from $135-$195 depending on the workshop and if they are returning students.

For which Workshop will the student be signed up?
You would select the workshop when filling out the payment form.

Do I need to know the student's Spanish proficiency level?
It would be helpful to have a sense if the student meets the minimum proficiency requirement for the specific workshop. You can find this in the workshop description. Either way, unless they have taken a course with us within the last 6 months, they would need to have a placement interview. Your payment would be refunded if they don't place into the course.

What is the refund policy?
Registration fees are refundable up to 4 weeks before the start of the workshop. The only exception is if the student does not place into the workshop, in which case, the payment is fully refundable.
